THE SITUATION
An Audience on Instagram. But Nowhere to Send Them.
Winning Fight Club had already built a following on Instagram. The brand had presence, the content was consistent, and the right people were paying attention. But every time someone wanted to learn more, take the next step, or book a session, there was nowhere to go. No website, no booking system, no way to turn interest into action.

Before anything was designed, the work started with understanding what Winning Fight Club was actually trying to communicate and who they were trying to reach. That clarity shaped every decision that followed.

Through in-depth conversations, the core audience and brand position were defined. The key insight: this gym was built for working professionals who want structure, challenge, and a reason to show up. It also became clear that while Instagram was already driving awareness, there was no system in place to capture that interest and convert it. That gap shaped every decision that followed.

Turning Philosophy into Copy
The brand had a deep story about boxing as a framework for life. The work was condensing it, deciding what belongs at the entry point versus deeper in the site, and making sure every word earned its place. The homepage was kept lean. The depth was moved to where people go when they're ready for it.

Clean, Strong, and Focused
The site was built to feel like the brand: no fluff, no fitness-influencer noise. Six pages covering everything a prospect needed to go from curious to convinced. Naming decisions like "Book a Session" instead of "Book a Class" were intentional, reflecting that what Winning Fight Club offers goes beyond a typical group class. The full site was live within three weeks.

Everything Under the Hood
Domain, hosting, business email, contact form, and booking integration were all handled and connected. After launch, an SSL and DNS mismatch caused security warnings for some users. It was diagnosed and resolved quickly, with clean access restored across all devices.

Engaging Ads to Capture Attention
With the site live, the next challenge was filling the small group training program. We built a Meta ads campaign, targeting working professionals on Instagram and Facebook. Ad scripts were written, creative direction was locked in, and the campaign was structured around scarcity and value. Within 30 days, all 16 spots were filled.
