A Multi-sided Marketplace with 3 Customer Experiences
OpenMeal has three types of users: Donors, Restaurants, and Diners. As each of them would have different motivations for using the site, my team was responsible for developing 3 different experiences for them.
Let's Order Out
The Diners' order experience allows them to browse and find their favorite restaurants through search features and detailed restaurant listings. Once they've found their items, they will be able to go review their shopping cart review and checkout.
Helping a Greater Cause
This platform is all made possible by the generous contributions from our Donors. To maximize the amount from our supporters, we aimed this experience to be as easy and detailed as possible, so that our donors will understand where every one of their dollars are going towards.
